Cellulose enzyme
The cellulose enzyme of our company adopts foreign superior species, and it is fermented in deep liquid. It mainly acts on ¦Â¨C1.3 and ¦Â-1.4 glycoside link in cellulose molecule. At first, decompose cellulose by cutting the ¦Â- glycoside link, and then cut the ¦Â-1.4 glycoside link to produce cellulose disaccharide, and hydrolyze it to become dextrose. It is applied to textile industry, fodder industry, foodstuff industry and medicine industry, etc.
[Method of application]
*In textile industry, it is used mainly as washing enzyme. The most suitable operative temperature is 50-55¡æ,the most suitable PH value is 4.5-5.5.Dosage
is 0.5-2% of weight of textile.Time:40-80 minutes
*In fodder industry, it can induce the content non-starch amylose and anti-nutrition gene and improve nutrition conversion rate. It can also improve intestinal tract absorption to nutritive material. Dosage is 1%-2% of weight of material. Add appropriate amount according to conditions of wetness and dryness. Airproof no oxygen fermentation. Enzyming time 10-20 days.

Acid Cellulase is the concentrate of cellulase, stabilizer and disperser. It can be used for textile's deburring and colour buffing, or for jean's buhrstone mill as the substitute of pumice.

Neutral Cellulase
Neutral Cellulase is the concentrate of cellulase, depressor and surfactant. It can be used for the treatment of textiles with cotton, hemp, stick gum or yarn as plus material and Lyocell fabric. This product can also be used for the buhrstone mill washing of jean garments together with pumice, or solely used for the ferment washing of different styles of jean fabric.

Cellulase is made from Trichoderma Reesei through cultivation and extraction technique.
This product is the concentrate of CMCase, ¦Â-Glucanase and Xylanase and can be used in the industry of feedstuff. It can destroy the cell wall of plants, so as to release the cell content (protein, sugar etc.) adequately and improve the utilization rate of feedstuff. At the same time, this product can supplement exogenous enzyme reasonably to remove the anti-trophic factor in feedstuff and reduce the viscosity of chymus in digestive tract, so that animal can absorb nutrition in feedstuff enough.
